KITCHEN TRAILER

A kitchen trailer, instead of a food truck, needs to be towed by a vehicle. They usually are cheapest than a food truck and exist in a huge variety of sizes that can satisfy any necessity of the client. Inside of any trailer, we already have a specific arrangement of the equipment, but if the client asks for a change, we can make it.

What is included?

• Tank for clean water
• Air conditioning
• Bain-marie
• Dirty water tank
• Boiler
• Hand washing station (1)
• Sinks (3)
• Work table

You can change any of these equipments for some of the next ones. Also you can add any of them for an extra cost: fryer, burners, cold food table, oven, griddle of 36’’, pastor, grill, bain-marie, emergency exit, brakes or fire protection system.

Sizes availables (feet): 7x14, 7x16, 7x18, 7x20, 8x14, 8x16, 8x18, 8x20... In short, we can make it in any size.

The interior of all trailers is covered with stainless Steel, for greater cleaning.

The kitchen equipment has all the certifications required by the health departments.

You can change the kitchen equipment depending on your needs, or add new ones.
